New Epic Historic General, Hersilia, comes to Evony with the release of 2025 Triumphal Celebration. She is a pretty general, good at leading siege machines. Hersilia is currently only available through specific events, and she can be combined with many generals, giving a strong overall benefit to siege machines. General Story
Hersilia, daughter of the Sabines and Queen of Rome, stood at the heart of one of history’s great turning points. In a world shaped by war and ambition, she forged peace through courage, wisdom, and unshakable resolve, becoming a vital figure in the mythic birth of Rome.
During the crisis of the Abduction of the Sabine Women, Hersilia found herself caught between two worlds. As Rome clashed with her homeland, and her husband Romulus faced her father and brothers in battle, she defied fate itself. Risking her life, she stepped between the two armies, calling for an end to bloodshed and the beginning of unity.
Her bravery swayed kings and warriors alike. Through her intervention, the war ceased, and the Sabines and Romans joined as one. This union gave rise to a kingdom built not just on conquest, but on harmony and shared destiny.
Hersilia became more than queen, she became the soul of a new empire. She did not conquer with the sword, but with the strength of her spirit.
Hersilia’s Special Skill
Increases siege machines’ attack and defense by 55% and siege machines’ HP by 40% when she is leading the army.

You need to enhance the golden stars before ascending red stars. Increasing golden stars needs to consume 40, 120, 300, 800, and 2000 medals separately in each star.
Four Specialties of Hersilia
Use runestones and gems to upgrade specialties. The four specialties need to be upgraded one by one. After the previous one reaches the maximum level (Genius), you can learn and upgrade the second one. The effect when all specialties have reached the maximum level is as follows.

How to Obtain General Hersilia
There is a chance to get the general at the Ode to Rome event during Evony’s Triumphal Celebration in 2025.
First, you need to earn the Eternal Torch of Virtue because it is the necessary item to recruit Hersilia.
Then, consume the torches to draw rewards. During this event, you will definitely receive at least one Conquest Anthem Historic General Chest for every 200 draws (recruitments). Open the chest, and you can choose one from the general tokens below.

The Way to Get the Eternal Torch of Virtue

During the event, you can use ×2 or ×3 coupons to receive double or triple torches from the packages above.

You can gain up to 10 torches from RSS spots in total in this round of the Ode to Rome event.

You can gain up to 20 torches by killing monsters during the event.

Besides, you can use the Golden Scale Armor you earned from the Storm Wing contribution to exchange for the Exploration Chest in the Triumphal Shop. It can be exchanged 4 times.

Each Golden Scale Armor can redeem 10 Eternal Torch of Virtue. The total redeem chance is 2.
Every 100 storm wings you contribute earns you 1 armor.

Unlock Roman Legend Story (Each time you unlock a chapter, you can get a certain number of storm wings and other rewards.
